Since toolbars can prove to be very annoying, AntiToolbar will help you manage them. On its interface, AntiToolbar displays all active toolbars and extensions, grouped by browser of course – Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Internet Explorer. From this interface you can disable the toolbars and extensions you do not need – you can also manage your browser’s home page and search page.

AntiToolbar provides support for multiple Windows editions: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8 at the time of writing this. AntiToolbar provides support for multiple web browsers: Microsoft’s Internet Explorer, Mozilla’s Firefox, and Google’s Chrome. AntiToolbar has been around since 2012. According to its developer, this software helped hundreds of thousands of users with the toolbar woes.

Three tabs are presented at the top of AntiToolbar’s interface: Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer. Under each tab you will find the following three panels: control the toolbars and extensions that will remain active; enter the URL that will be used as the browser’s homepage; select the search page/engine that the browser will use.

Speaking about search engines, I noticed that after I installed AntiToolbar on my PC, a new entry showed up in the list of search engines: Reimage Search. And speaking about Reimage, an ad for Reimage is displayed down at the bottom of AntiToolbar’s interface.

AntiToolbar is free software.

Get the free AntiToolbar software and you will be able to pick which toolbars and extensions remain active. You’ll also get to pick what website your browser uses as a homepage and what search engine your browser uses to help you find things online.

Pros

AntiToolbar works with multiple Windows editions, anything from XP onward. AntiToolbar works with multiple web browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer. AntiToolbar has a simple interface. From this interface you can enable/disable toolbars, set the browser’s homepage, and pick the browser’s search engine. AntiToolbar is free software.

Cons

Adds Reimage Search to the list of search engines. Presents a Reimage ad on its interface.
